Tying knots

It is a traditional method of making fishing net. The fishing net is made of warp and weft in the shuttle. Twist method

The two groups of yarns are twisted by the machine at the same time, and they cross each other at the junction point to form a net. This net is called twisted net. Because the yarns at the mesh nodules are not bent, the mesh is smooth and the friction is reduced, but the twisting machine is inefficient, the preparation process is complex, and the number of transverse meshes is limited, so it is only suitable for weaving the mesh with large mesh.

Warp knitting method

Usually, the warp yarn is connected into a net by a Raschel warp knitting machine equipped with 4 to 8 bars, which is called knotless warp knitting. Due to the high speed of warp knitting machine (600 rpm), the width of the knitted net door is wide, the number of transverse meshes can reach more than 800 meshes, and it is convenient to change specifications. The production efficiency is several times higher than the first two methods.
